Aljubarrota

"Aljubarrota es una freguesia portuguesa del concelho de Alcobaça, con 47,95 km² de área y 6639 habitantes (2011). El 14 de agosto de 1385 se libró en sus alrededores la batalla de Aljubarrota, entre tropas portuguesas y castellanas. La actual freguesia se constituyó en 2013, con la fusión de las freguesias de Prazeres de Aljubarrota y São Vicente de Aljubarrota."

"Aljubarrota is a civil parish in the municipality of Alcobaça, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes Prazeres and São Vicente. The population in 2011 was 6,639, in an area of 47.94 km². In 1385 the Battle of Aljubarrota took place near the village."
